The emphasis for the October 2025 group is herbs for stress support.​

The group will receive weekly emails with tips and inspiration.

The group will meet on Saturday, October 25th from 1:30 - 3:00:

• Ask questions & make suggestions.

• Receive a stress support aroma spray.

• Enjoy a relaxing calm & steady herbal tea.

The October 25th Study Group cost is $7 per person, and includes:

• Stress Support Aroma Spray & Calm and Steady Herbal Tea.

​

Participants will provide lunch menu items of choice at A New Life Herbs.

​

Wild Child Herb Shop will provide ingredients for the tea and the aroma spray.
