The group will receive weekly emails with tips and inspiration.

The group will meet on Saturday, November 29th from 1:30 - 3:00:

• Ask questions & make suggestions.

• Receive a sleep support foot massage oil & sleep herbal tea blend to take home.

• Enjoy an herb-themed lunch.

The November 29th Study Group cost is $7 per person, and includes:

• Sleep Support Foot Massage Oil & Sleep Herbal Tea Blend.

Participants will provide lunch menu items of choice at A New Life Herbs.

Wild Child Herb Shop will provide ingredients for the massage oil & tea blend.
