FEBRUARY 2025: CARDIOVASCULAR BOTANICALS:​​

The emphasis for the February 2025 group is heart-opening herbs.​

The group will receive weekly emails with tips and inspiration.

​
The group will meet on Saturday, February 22nd from 10-12:

• Ask questions & make suggestions.

• Create a cardiovascular tea to take home.

• Enjoy an herb-themed lunch.

​

The February 22nd Study Group cost is $7 per person, and includes:

• A heart-opening cardiovascular tea with cardamom pods, chamomile flowers, lemon balm leaf, linden leaf, and rose petals.​

​

Participants will provide lunch menu items of choice at A New Life Herbs.

 

Wild Child Herb Shop will provide ingredients and supplies for the tea.
