MAY 2025: BOTANICALS FOR WOMEN: HORMONE BALANCING HERBS:​​

The emphasis for the May 2025 group is herbs for hormones, the menstrual cycle, and menopause.​

The group will receive weekly emails with tips and inspiration.

​
The group will meet on Saturday, May 24th from 10-12:

• Ask questions & make suggestions.

• Create a rose bath salt formula to take home.

• Enjoy an herb-themed lunch.

The May 24th Study Group cost is $7 per person, and includes:

• A hormone-balancing herbal rose bath salt with Epsom salts, magnesium flakes, baking soda, grapeseed oil, rose essential oil, and dried rose petals.​

• (1) 4" x 4" zip top bag

• (1) 2" x 2" muslin bag

 

Participants will provide menu items of choice at A New Life Herbs.

 

Wild Child Herb Shop will provide ingredients and supplies for the rose bath salts.
